Right of withdrawal

You can use this page to exercise your legal right of withdrawal from your online order in accordance with European consumer protection law.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (for example a carrier or alternative recipient), received the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill in and submit the withdrawal form shown below. After submitting the form, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the details of your request and the next steps.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumer (B2C) orders that are not subject to legal exceptions, for example products that have been used beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, or products made to your specifications or clearly personalized. In all cases, please read our returns and withdrawal policy carefully before submitting your request.
